1.)  This is a BETA version (ver. 1.0). Some browsers may have problems with sign-up or display issues. We’ve tested it thoroughly but from past experience know that our users will point out things we might have missed. All issues will be dealt with via email only using the “support” option.

2.) We now accept Visa, Master Card, etc.  Our new processor verifies every single transaction via email (by clicking a link in the email) and sometimes even uses an automated phone calling system to verify that you approve of the charges.  This can take up to one full business day. So please do not start a trouble ticket until at least 24 hrs. after you have signed up if you are unable to post.  Paypal is pretty much instant.

3.)  To promote fairness any member may only post up to three available vehicles in a 24 hr. period.

4.)  Account activation is required by clicking the link sent to you via email after you sign up. Your new account will not work properly if you do not click the activation link sent you you.

5.)  You may only post actual vehicle locations where you have a rig ready or an anticipated future location with a rate confirmation/contract already issued. Variables; we understand that a vehicle that is available in say Chicago, IL may want to post itself in the state of IN as well.  This is acceptable usage as long as you are within 200 miles.  If you are reported abusing the system you risk being permanently removed and will not be refunded.

6.)  All listings are automatically removed from the system at 11 pm CST on the listed available date. If you have not moved your available pilot cars you will need to re-list them.

7.)  Acceptable usage means you must use the system responsibly. Post your equipment in the city it is available in.  Terms like “anywhere” or “all cities” is not acceptable nor fair to other members.  Thanks for reading the rules and let’s do our best to keep everyone safe!
