  1. Are you giving the certification test for New York online due to Covid and if so can you tell me where I can go to take the test to escort through the state.

    1. The NY state pilot car certification test must be administered by a NY state approved. If you are experienced and confident you will pass the test then just take it directly (I think it’s $40). Here is the direct link for that information. It probably wouldn’t hurt to brush up on your skills or learn their individual requirements. You can do so with the NY state pilot car drivers manual.
