From 4:30 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday and on Fridays,  Saturdays, and Sundays, you may not travel after 3 PM between April 1st and November 30th.

Holiday movement:

  • With the above rules in mind, you can travel on the following holidays: Columbus Day, George Washington’s birthday, Martin Luther King Day, and Veterans Day.
  • You are prohibited from traveling on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
